1. Your Right to Cancel

Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving your goods.

If you’re not fully happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. At No Cost

2. Eligibility for Return

Items must be:

• Unworn
• In original condition
• Returned in original packaging
• Free from damage

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made or personalised products may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 5 days of receiving the returned goods.

Original shipping costs may not be refundable unless the item is faulty.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.

6. Faulty Items

If your product is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

7. Return Shipping

We provide pre-paid return shipping labels at no cost to you. Whether you have changed your mind or the item is defective, Freshova™ covers 100% of the return shipping expenses.
